    Attention Two-Family Owners

    Are you looking for financial assistance to improve the exterior of your house?  The Fund for the Future of Shaker Heights, a non-profit corporation, is completing a two-year project with the residents of Winslow Road .  During this time, The Fund made matching grants of  up to $7500 for exterior improvements.  More than $ 330,000 was granted to  45 Winslow homeowners, for projects totaling more than $740,000.

    The Fund is looking for another group of two-family owners on one block who would like to participate in such a project in 2008.  Please call Gail Gibson, 491-1457, if you and your neighbors would like more information.
